SIIT碩士雙聯學位說明書

本系深耕與東協國家的教育合作交流，雙方有多次師生互訪的交流行程，特別是與泰國學術機構的交流，本系與泰國法政大學SIIT學院 (Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, SIIT)於2024年簽訂碩士雙聯學位，學生修滿兩校畢業所需學分與完成論文後，即可取得東海大學與泰國SIIT兩校正式碩士學位。

泰國SIIT是日本Japan Federation of Economic Organizations，泰國Federation of Thai Industries，與泰國法政大學合作設立於法政大學的自主學院。學生來自全球，以英文為教學語言。

 

14. SIIT碩士雙聯學位學程

本學程是針對工工系碩士班學生而規劃，學生碩一在台灣東海大學；碩二在泰國SIIT。碩士學位考試委員會將由SIIT與東海大學口試委員共同組成，以進行碩士學位考試。完成雙聯學位要求的同學將獲得東海大學與泰國SIIT兩校碩士學位。

 

14. 申請條件

Applicants must meet one of the following:

• Top 20% class rank or a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 for a bachelor’s degree.
• A published research article or one accepted for publication.
• Research or work experience.
• Qualifications specified by the SIIT Executive Committee.

 

14. SIIT甄審所需文件 (英文版) (系所審核通過後再上SIIT網站線上申請上傳)
    1. A statement of purpose (At least one page of a statement of purpose)
    2. A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
    3. An official transcript or current transcript:

    For Master’s degree application  

    * Bachelor’s degree transcript with at least GPA. 2.75

1. 4. Certificate of English proficiency test as one as follows (if any):

       - SIIT-EPT 65+

       - TOEFL (PBT 400+, or IBT 32+) or IBT (Home Edition 32+)

       - IELTS 4.5+

       - TU-GET (PBT 400+, or CBT 32+) or

       - TOEIC 500+

        Remark: The applicant can apply for the online application even though there is no any certificate of English proficiency test.

   6. Research paper, publication or certificates (if any)
   7. Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches’ size as jpeg. only)

 

14. 費用說明

1. Students will pay tuition and all fees only at home institutions.

繳交東海大學的學費

2. Students will bear the cost of travel to and from THU/SIIT, accommodation, food, and other living expenses during their study at SIIT and THU. The students shall purchase health insurance as required by the host institution. It is the students' responsibility to pay for the cost of any health insurance required, as well as any medical expenses not covered by such insurance.

自付機票、住宿、飲食與其他在SIIT就學期間的生活費、醫療保險與相關的醫療就醫費用

 

14. 申請截止日

For semester 1 (August intake): within June.
For semester 2 (January intake): within November.

 

   SIIT學期分為1月份與8月份入學，如規劃1月份入學，須於11月之前向SIIT提出申請。有興趣申請的同學請先於2025/9/10之前備妥1. 大學歷年英文成績單(含排名)2.英文檢定證明，向本系提出申請，審核通過後，由本系推薦給SIIT。
