3.Regulations for exchange students with a signature of an applicant(請見附件)
4.Resume
5.Transcript
6.English Proficiency test score (TOEFL or IELTS, or an equivalent, or letter confirming applicant’s English proficiency)
7.Recommendation letter from an academic advisor
8.Two 1x1.5-inch photos (taken within 6 months)
9.A copy of passport
